Dipika Sunderraj, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce organized a seminar titled “Bridging Campus to Corporate: Insights from HR Expert” held on 23rd May 2025 at St. Joseph University. The Guest speaker was Mr. Ashok Kumar Ayyappan Visionary HR Leader & Entrepreneur whose wealth of experience and engaging presence captivated the students. With a perfect blend of industry insights and practical wisdom, Mr. Ayyappan shed light on what it truly takes to transition from academic life into the corporate world. The session had a wide enlightenment among the students through which they experienced Team-based Activity, Hands-on HR Simulations, Career-Ready Takeaway & Role-play.
